HearOnce is designed for private audio sharing and secure audio delivery, but service behavior may change as the product evolves.
Ownership
The user owns uploaded content. HearOnce does not claim rights to the audio you upload or the files you choose to send audio without download.
Your responsibility
You must have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to upload and share any audio through HearOnce. You are responsible for the content you send, the people you send it to, and the way you use the service.
Practical limits
HearOnce is designed to reduce casual forwarding and uncontrolled distribution, but no system can guarantee absolute security or prevent every form of recording, capture, or misuse by recipients.
Enforcement
Links, access, and related activity may be limited, blocked, or removed if the service is abused, used to distribute harmful material, or used in ways that attempt to bypass playback limits, expiring audio links, secure audio delivery controls, or security protections. HearOnce may suspend access by email or IP address when needed to protect the system.
Warranty and liability
HearOnce is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free service, or fitness for every use case. To the extent allowed by law, HearOnce is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
